Baked Brie with Pear, Cinnamon & Vanilla Jam

Ingredients:

  • 1 wheel of Brie cheese 

  • 1/2 cup Pear, Cinnamon & Vanilla Jam 

  • crackers or crusty bread for serving.

Steps:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Place the Brie on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until it starts to ooze.

  3. Take the Brie out of the oven, top it with the Pear, Cinnamon, & Vanilla Jam, and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.

  4. Serve the warm Brie with crackers or crusty bread.
